One immature Great Cormorant at Indian River Inlet. On Feb. 20 - four drake Harlequin Ducks at Ocean City Inlet behind the = south jetty, four Rough-legged Hawks (2 light and 2 dark) and at least = 11 Short-eared Owls (most in broad daylight) at Deal Island WMA. On Feb. 21 - a female Tufted Duck at Spring Lake near Rehoboth Beach.
