I was able to get within 10 feet of one and watch it peent through the binocs. The best location is about a quarter mile up the road there is a large field on the left with an area to park. They have been starting at about 6:20 PM while there is still very good light. Good Luck. -- Rob Gibbs Damascus, MD robgibbs@digizen.net Gail Mackiernan wrote: > Hi all - > > In the spate of woodcock reports, I have not heard of any seen/heard > displaying in Montgomery County this spring.
