Well described by = Arlene Ripley. Only additions -- in windy conditions with bird diving = constantly -- believe there was some streaking on flanks. When visible = the bird had slightly upturned bill which appeared to be longer and = pointier than any thick-billed or imm. razorbill. White face pattern = was larger than we would expect in the above extending well into the = neck. Only possible id problem, we feel, was bird appeared "blacker" = than expected. Distance and conditions were problems. What a humbling = and wonderful hobby (avocation).
