Harmon and Bethel WMA in Cecil Co. Waterfowl was scarce, but was delighted to observe first TREE SWALLOWS of season swooping and darting over the water at both locations. Bethel had LESSER SCAUP and RING-NECKED DUCKS, tucked against the reeds at the far edge of the impoundment. And the usual COOT. Must get to Elk Neck Forest for the Pine Warblers. Oh, and after a month absence from the yard, WHITE-CROWNED SPARROW present again today.
