I can see one standing on the edge of the balcony right now, from my office window. [Actually, last year they attempted to nest on the fifth floor balcony, which I could not see from my window.] During the past two or three weeks I have seen and heard low flying Canad= a Geese over downtown Bethesda. A couple of times I saw a flock of six or eight; a few days ago I saw a group of four fly over Bethesda, with two trailing geese, one of which flew very close to the nesting building and ledge. I do not know this pair has ever hatched eggs. Thanks Lisa for alerting me to their presence this morning.
