I think viewing is best before the construction begins in the morning, which is about 6:30. Try turning left before the fenced-in drainage pond and parking on the right side of the road near th= e first storm drain. Climb up on the newly graded area and look at the lon= g stand of trees and shrubs. Directions again: Bywater Road is off Forest Drive between Chinquapin Round Road and Greenbriar Road. Coming into Annapolis on #665 (Aris T. Allen Blvd) turn right at the second light. Drive on Bywater Road past the Safeway and th= e development and park on the left off the road just past the chain link fence around the drainage pond Inspired by the last AACo meeting, I took a picture with an instantmatic through the spotting scope. We'll see, perhaps.
