Yesterday we did a trip at Font Hill Park. It was the shortest trip in
bird club history due to the snow, wind and lack of birds. Great turnout
though so I can only hope the new people try it again! I was reduced to
saying "In this spot I had 5 scarlet tanagers- LAST YEAR" "this is where
we had the prothontary warbler- LAST YEAR" "This is the cattail patch
where we had marsh wren and virginia rail-LAST YEAR" get my drift?
Kurt Schwarz (Mr. snail mail) called and I'll post for him- at
Centennial Park yesrterday afternoon-
        CASPIAN TERN
        PINTAIL PAIR
        GREATER YELLOWLEGS
BLACK SWAN ??????? where did this come from?
