Didn't do any intensive birding since I had my handicapped = daughter with me, but we did have nice looks at several Ruby-crowned = Kinglets, Blue Birds, and Canada geese on nests between Big Pool and the = river. The most impressive bird for both of us though was a singing = Brown Thrasher in a tree just to the right of the visitors center at = Fort Frederick; it put on quite a show of its repertoire for about 15 = minutes before flying away.
