went for a walk today with my friend Judy at a lake in Laurel.
The highlights for the day follow,
    Barred owl (calling and flying through the trees)
    Wood ducks  12+
    Bluegray gnatcatchers
    House wrens
    Great egret
    Great blue herons rebuilding thier rookery
    Tree swallows (many)
    Rough winged swallows
    Barn swallows
    Purple Martins
    Chimney swifts
