We had 61 species in 4 hours. The highlights are as follows: 1. brown headed nuthatch in Smallwood State Park. There is a little path surrounded by pine trees that runs beyond the museum. 2. Rt. 224: Redheaded woodpecker, Caspian tern, royal tern, parula, pine warbler 3. Mertle Grove: 8 Louisiana Waterthrushes is one spot, bobbing flirting chasing best views we've ever had. Blue gray gnatcatchers, White eyed Vireo, Palm warbler, Parula 4.
