Yesterday I saw oil on the rip-rap at Sandgates. I don't know the exact mileage from Chalk Point to Sandgates, but methinks it's more than 10 miles... Everyone who had anything to say yesterday said that 110,000 was the LOW end of the range - since they hadn't actually dug up the leaking pipe as of noon yesterday, they really DIDN'T KNOW exactly how much was leaked. Only that it ran for "about" six hours. I really hope they get organized soon...
