Highlights: Pinto Marsh 2 Green Heron 2 Blue-winged Teal 2 Green-winged Teal 1 Lesser Yellowlegs 1 **Virginia Rail** - heard only 3 Common Snipe 1 Brown Thrasher Spring Gap (C&O Canal) 1 Green Heron 1 Northern Parula - heard only 1 Black-throated Green Warbler - heard only 1 Louisiana Waterthrush Oldtown (C&O Canal) 1 Ruby-crowned Kinglet - singing North Branch 1 Green Heron - heard only 1 Osprey 14 Broad-winged Hawks - kettling, then heading north - pretty cool ! 2 Lesser Yellowlegs 5 Bonaparte's Gull 34 Ring-billed Gull 2 Herring Gull Potomac River at Cumberland 1 Spotted Sandpiper 6 Bonaparte's Gull 110 +/- Gull, sp. - huge kettle, mostly Ring-billed 1 **Forster's Tern** Happy trails ....
