Got up to go find him, but only got a quick look as he flew away. Never did "che-bek" . Today he started up again in the late afternoon, and this time i found him and got a great look. Again, he never "che-bekked". This all transpired in my yard on the bonnie bonnie banks of Jug Bay. Also saw the first batch of young Wood Ducks following mom around, and watched a fox try to do his bit toward controlling the resident goose population, but alas, he lost :-( Also my egret roost mentioned the other day has disappeared. danny bystrak bristol, A.A.
