Mertle Grove 1. Yellow breasted Chats: extremely vivid, vibrant males. Heard at least 15, saw 5. One displayed 3 or 4 feet away from us. 2. Great look at a non-singing worm eating warbler 3. Great look at Yellow throated vireo, solitary vireo, red-eyed and white-eyed vireo 4. Prothonotary Warbler, Parula, Pine, Palm, Louisiana Water Thrush, Oven Bird 224 1. Prairie warbles (many) 2.
