I *LOVE* May! This morning's sounds were music to my ears: Wood Thrush, Orchard Oriole, Yellow Warbler, Great-crested Flycatcher, N Bobwhite, Red-eyed Vireo, and Scarlet Tanager. The resident Am Robins, Carolina Wrens, N Cardinals, and Tufted Titmice were a welcome racket as well. But, the icing on the cake were two new additions for the year list in my yard: Belted Kingfisher rattling by for #99 and voila! #100--a N Rough-winged Swallow! I can actually say I enjoy being home... in hog-heaven folks...it's S-P-R-I-N-G! (okay, so I get a little carried away every now and then...)
