A purely pointless pursuit, this listing thing...but, to those few who "do" lists, I've updated my Birding 2000 Summary page at: http://users.erols.com/gregorym/2000summary.html A single Upland Sandpiper was on the airfields at Patuxent Naval Air Station here in Southern Maryland (I was on a plane en route to New Jersey for some meetings...unfortunately, no birding). The return trip over the marshes in Dorchester County at 3,000 ft was interesting with sightings of Great Blue Heron, Great Egret, and Swan sp (I couldn't see the bill shape from that altitude! ). -Greg Miller Hollywood, MD __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
