This morning it paid off again when a male BOBOLINK landed in a sassafras, sang briefly, and went on his way. This is new for the year. Also had PURPLE FINCH, a single female, at the feeder. Am enjoying (?? ) the constant song from all 3 mimic thrushes in the yard. Never a dull moment.
