Savage River SF: 2 gobbling turkeys 2 nighthawks 1 singing whip 4 Ruffed Grouse I watched Hooded Warblers build a nest I saw Ravens copulate more Black-throated Blues than I've ever seen/heard before But not as many as Red-eyed Vireos! Cerulean Warblers Acadian Fly Rose-breasted Grosbeak several Black-and-white Warblers, including one guy dancing for his gal several Black-throated Green Warblers 1 pair Juncos found a Pileated Woodpecker nest many singing Scarlett tanagers few Ovenbirds couple Chesnut-sided Warblers Possible pair of Broad-winged Hawks Finzel Swamp (got there at 12:30 pm) MANY Chesnut-sided Warblers 1 Hooded Warbler 1 Wilson's Warbler 2 Canada Warbler several singing Northern Waterthrushes 2 Spotted Sandpipers 2 Magnolia Warblers 1 Bay-breasted Warbler several Common Yellowthroats Rose-breasted Grosbeak Field, Chipping and Song Sparrows 2 Hummers So far I haven't heard any Worm-eating Warblers, though they're quite common in Green Ridge SF.
