I saw it along "Cerulean Way" in Susq. St. Pk. It stayed very low to the ground the entire time, never getting above about 5 feet from the ground. When I first saw it, it was in some brush to the left side of the trail, and I got my binoculars on it just as it flew. It then landed on a low branch to the right of the trail where it froze for a few seconds, being very thrushlike in behavior, which my Peterson's Warbler Guide later said is a trademark of Connecticut Warblers. I had a good look at its head and torso. The eyering was complete and the head was bluish. Its neck did appear to be blue as well. When it flew away from its perch, I saw its tail very well as it flew. The outer tail feathers, when spread seemed to be slightly paler than the feathers in the center of the tail. To my dismay it never returned and I lost it in the woods. Comments and questions most appreciated and more are desired!!!
