The birds were along Walnut Tree Rd. (DeLorme 61 5B) The birds were in the field across from the gun club shooting range. There is a hedgerow along the road. Behind the hedgerow there is a plowed corn field with a weedy field in the back. One Dickcissel was singing from atop a small shrub in the weedy field. The other heard farther back in the field. Also in the same field was a singing Vesper Sparrow. Jim also had a Golden Plover along Bradford Johnson Rd.(DeLorme 61 5A) just east of the intersection with Rt. 299.
