Instead we went just north of there to Mispillion Lighthouse/Mispillion Pt. where we saw many hundreds, if not thousands, of Red Knots, Dunlin, Willets, Black-necked Stilts, Semi-palmated Sandpipers, etc. Also many gulls, and a single A. Oystercatcher. But if there is no rain you should have great views at Slaughter Beach as well, which we normally bird while there. Have fun...
