Turn east (left) on Taylors Landing (marked 'Ldg') Rd. It's 2-3 miles (I don't remember). Enter the SECOND entrance to E.A. Vaughn and park in the first available area since no vehicles are permitted on the paths into the area. Both entrances are marked with brown signs and white letters and both are on the right as you head out toward the water. The SECOND entrance is roughly 1/2 mile past the first (I remember passing a white house on the right). Once you park along the side of the little dirt road, you should be able to two small ponds on your left, about .2 miles ahead of you. Walk straight ahead until the path from the east [left] intersects with the path you are on. Turn left and continue carefully. You should see ibis actively flying in and out of the area. Check both ponds, but the White-faced has ONLY been seen from the weedier pond on the right (the 'south' pond). You may want to carefully make your way around the south edge of the pond, walking in the corn field and checking ibis walking into and out of the grassy center. Good luck! -Greg Miller Hollywood, MD --- "Harvey, David A." wrote: > Okay, a couple of us are going to try for the WF > Ibis on Saturday.
