Orange (?West Nile Red Bishop I believe someone said is another name) is the only bishop portrayed in the 3rd edition National Geographic field guide but there are several other species of bishops in Africa. I found last weekend that the orange feathers are difficult to see, so it seems likely to me that this is the same bird each time. The "traces of breeding plumage" are single orange-ish feathers here and there, and a very small patch near the base of the tail.
