The request must be made by mail and must include the following items: - letter requesting a Visitor's Permit good until the end of the year - copy of your driver's license - your vehicle tag number - a stamped, self-addressed envelope with 55 cents postage Mail these items to Tina Becker DNR Wildlife Office 2 South Bond Street Bel Air, MD 21014 DNR will send you a permit good until December 31 along with a booklet of regulations. Note that during hunting season, the canal lands are open to visitors on Sundays only.
