They were on fenceposts beyond the structure mentioned in previous posts. A big "thank you" to Wilbur Hershberger. They were found by using Wilbur's suggestion- bring a scope and scan along the fenceposts in the distance. Binoculars were definitely insufficient for IDing the birds. Also along Lilypons Rd, a bit closer to 85, were a singing VESPER SPARROW and a beautiful male DICKCISSEL.
