It walked slowly along a rocky shoreline, looking down at the water. Twice in 5 minutes, it grabbed a 3-4" long crayfish. Each time it went on shore to eat the crayfish. The bird was just below the dam at Daniels. By the way, the mulberry fruits are ripe. As we were pulling them from a tree, we noticed 3 smallish raccoons 10' above us (this was at 8pm -- well before sunset).
