The field is about 10 acres in size and is on grounds that will eventually become the Centreville Industrial Park. Directions: Approach Centreville via Route 213 from the south. Proceed on into town, and watch for the Queenstown Bank and Industrial Park Road. When you come to Industrial Park Road, enter it, and start looking for the field and the birds. The field is right across the road from the Queenstown Bank. Today the Dickcissels were singing quite consistently from various high spots in the field, so they would be hard to miss if you are really seeking them. Other birds in this field include Meadow Larks and Killdeer, and there may be some interesting sparrows there too.
