While looking around for sparrows this morning in western Carroll Co., I =
was treated to the sight and sound of a male Dickcissel singing from the =
wires along Keysville Road. Location was just south of Sixes Bridge =
Road near Detour. Also, saw and heard Grasshopper Sparrows, a Vesper =
Sparrow, several Horned Larks, and nesting American Kestrels (down =
further along Sixes Bridge Road).
