The birds were on both sides of Keysville Road immediately south of Sixes Bridge Road. Two males sang from the wires west of the road and flew back and forth into the field covered with clover and other wild flowers. One male sang from the tops of corn stalks on the east side of the road and at times was accompanied by a female.
