Most of the hawk flights arrive from the northeast and a few from the north and northeast-east. Wind from the south. PC starting at 1pm and overcast cloud came in around 2pm and starting to rain at 2:30pm and ending at 3:45pm. Wind from the west at 4pm with overcast to MC rest of the day. Raptor Migration Highlight: won't get any until the first week of August. Non-Raptor Migration Highlight: Another new yard bird #115 was 3 Bank Swallows at 2:13pm headed SW. Other seen, single Barn Swallow at 1:51pm headed SW, single Tree Swallow at 2:06pm headed S, other 2 Bank Swallows at 2:29pm headed SW. Good day for swallows.
