          I also saw my first Least Bitterns at Cape May Point State
          Park.  I was walking along the loop trail north of the
          Lighthouse in a marshy area by the pond visible from the
          hawk observation platform.  Two least bitterns flushed from
          the vegetation, flew a short distance, and than landed back
          in the reeds.  I have never seen one in Maryland, although
          the boat ride in Jug Bay is an interesting idea.
