Select Boating/Marine Select Tide Data from the National Ocean Service or USA Tide Information. If you want to go directly to the NOS site, it is: http://co-ops.nos.noaa.gov/tab2ec2c.html That site gives the difference in height and time between locations around the Bay and a highlighted site, such as Washington, D.C. Click on that site and remember to do the simple arithmetic for the tide at your desired location.
