MD-only Highlights follow: August 27, Lilypons vicinity, Frederick Co., MD: 4 UPLAND SANDPIPERS in=20 the recently cropped field south of Oland Rd. and west of Rte. 85; up to 6= =20 HORNED LARK in the same field; 1 LOGGERHEAD SHRIKE in a field =BD-mile=20 further west, south of Lilypons Rd. and east of Rte. 85. On telephone=20 wires by the side of Lilypons Rd., near the fish hatchery were hundreds of= =20 swallows, mostly BARN, N. ROUGH-WINGED and BANK, with smaller numbers=20 of CLIFF, TREE and PURPLE MARTIN.
