I tried all of the bins from every vendor at the convention and though I might have bought something else if money was no object (ha!), I can't really think of any pair I liked that much better. Plus, Steve Ingram (sp) who does the Tools of the Trade article for ABA and has no vested interest in any particular brand raves about the Pentaxes as being the best buy for the buck, with the other brands being only marginally better in some areas but not to the tune of the extra $$$. I've since taken the new bins to Attu where they were rained on for hours daily, splashed with mud, and baked in the thin artic air, and they are still fine. Plus, I have very close-set eyes and the Pentax close down even more than I need! I'm sold on them and wholeheartedly recommend them. Jane PS--Standard disclaimer applies--I have no financial interest in Pentax, etcetc. Jane Kostenko jane_kostenko@co.saint-marys.md.us California, MD -----Original Message----- From: Brian Monk To: MDOSPREY@HOME.EASE.LSOFT.COM Date: Tuesday, August 29, 2000 5:12 PM Subject: [MDOSPREY] >Hi y'all!
