MOWA Hello Ospreyers, The best bird that I recall from Today was a Mourning Warbler at Gwy nn Acres Trail (just around the corner from Centennial Lake). I had a Magnolia, a BT Green and 2 Common Yellowthroats at Centennial Lake. A Bl ue Grosbeak was singing there as was a Warbling Vireo. There was a Great Egret at the West end of the lake. I had a Louisianna Waterthrush someplace today (I don't have my notes with me). I saw a Chestnut-sided Warbler along the train tracks at Marriottsville. Later in the day, an Osprey at Piney Run Park barely made up for the price of admission. The water level at Brown's Bridge is too high for any shorebirds. G ot a Double Crested Cormorant and another Osprey at Brighton Dam. That's about all I can think of right now (consequence of waking at 4:30 am) :-) More Later ?
