SATURDAY,Sep.23, 8 a.m.--Port Tobacco and Thomas Stone Historic Site, Leader:George Wilmot. Meet at Port Tobacco Courthouse on Chapel Point Rd, just south of Rt. 6. From Rt 301-Rt 6 intersection in La Plata, take 6 west, turn left onto Chapel Pt Rd. The courthouse is a short distance on the right. SUNDAY,Sep.24, 8 a.m.--Purse State Park, Leader: George Jett. From Rt. 6, turn onto Liverpool Point Rd, then left onto Rt. 224 (Riverside Dr.) to Park entrance. Park in lot along 224. Group limited to 12. FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED BASIS!
