Co. We only di d the north end, where an excellent mowed path has been maintained. The hab o looks wonderful, tons of fruiting shrubs and vines, including lots of rea l native wild grapes (not the invasive porcelain berry), However, it was cold, a bit windy and very slow until we finally hit a single bird flock. We tallied 3 Black and Whites, 3 Redstarts, 4 Magnolias, 1 Parula, 1 Blackpo ll, 2 Yellowthroats, 1 Red-eyed Vireo and 1 White-eyed Vireo before the rains came again. Lots of Robins, Jays and Flickers were passing over despite t he low scudding clouds. We went home and had some hot tea!
