This is the report of Wildfowl Trust of North America
at Horsehead Wetlands Center in Grasonville, Queen
Anne's County, Maryland for October 12th.

Single Lincoln's Sparrow was seen with 2 White-crowned
Sparrows at the waist-high weedy field in front of a
green building near the parking lot. Both Savannah and
Field Sparrow was at the meadow. There are a lot of
thrushes and didn't have time to id's as I have to
head back to work.

Note: The Baltimore Bird Club is having a birdwalk
here at Horsehead on Sunday Nov. 5th. Education
director (Kathy) will give us a tour around 9:15am and
I will lead the walk with Terry Ross at 8am at a
private area where the good birds are and rafts of
ducks at the Prospect Bay and after that, we will join
Kathy on a tour. Join us for a wonderful birding trip
and a chance to get about 55-60 species. Call or email
Terry Ross. Meeting place will be at Nursery Rd Park
and Ride at 7am and/or at 8am at the entrance gate at
Horsehead where I will open the gate for the groups.
