On different days I saw it perch on the top of building close to the post office and to its west, and also on top of *my* office building. Mind you I could only give no more than 60 seconds of my time for each observation (other than the one resulting in the capture of the pigeon, which three coworker witnessed!). I didn't see it on Friday in spite of very hopeful peering whenever the pigeons seemed upset. I have no idea if it's still present.
