Co.) patch today and saw a good number of sparrows -- highlights being 3 Lincoln's, 10 Savannahs, about a dozen White-crowns, 15-20 Swamps, 150 Song, 35 Whitethroats, and about 8 Field and Chippings and a single Junco (9 sparrow species). Also seen were about 20 yellow Palm warblers, one Yellowthroat, one Blue- Headed Vireo, 3 Phoebes, three Ruby-crowned Kinglets and a yellow-bellied Sapsucker. There were also some raptors moving -- a few Redtails and Sharpies. Good numbers of Bluebirds and Goldfinches have also moved into the area. Definitely time for the "lbjs" Cheers, Gail Mackiernan ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
