There were a couple hundred coots, a couple dozen Pied-billed Grebes and a half a dozen shovelers. The only shorebirds we saw were a Greater Yellowlegs and 2 Killdeer. The best bird was an immature Brant. It was a county bird for us all. Earlier, at Conowingo, there were about a dozen Bald Eagles present and not much else.
