Also 4 Eastern Towhees in the brush adjacent to the golf course (must be the easiest place around here to get a tee time -- I've never seen anyone there during the week!) At Georgetown Reservoir, there were the same 28 Ring-necked Duck that have been there about a week. At the gull-loafing on the Anacostia River just south of the Benning Rd. Bridge, SE DC, at high tide today there were 100+ Laughing Gulls, together with an equal number of Ring-bills and 2 1st winter Herring Gulls. No sign of any Franklin's or Lesser Black-backed.
