One of the Laughing = Gulls was still in breeding plumage. This looked strange among the = nonbreeding gulls. The gull was definitely a Laughing Gull - narrow = white eye-arcs, reddish bill was rather long, and black on ends of = wings. Does anyone have an idea why this bird would still be in breeding = plumage?=20 I also checked the Wayson's Corner area for the Western Kingbird, = which Jim saw, but no luck on this bird either.
