We watched them around 1630 EST from the = park between the bike path and the Potomac just north of the Trans Canal = Center in Alexandria. =20 We had better lighting Sat afternoon around lowtide (about 1400). And = this time the lower breast and belly were expose while the bird was = perched (at the end of a string of 8 adult and 5 immature DCCo) on a = seemingly grounded log in front of the N-most aluminum-capped tank at Blue = Plains. =20 Sherman Suter Alexandria VA 22307 ssuter@aaas.org=20 ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
