Please note that Harlequin Duck is a MD/DCRC review species in the Piedmont, where there are no prior records. Birds appearing at Druid Hill Lake for a couple years in the late 1970s or early 1980s are the only previous inland records of which I am aware. Photos or video would be ideal! A GREAT FIND!
