Both are sitting in Wood Duck boxes overlooking ponds. The first, = a gray morph, is in the first duck box by the first pond as you head to = the ballfields. This owl has been using the box on and off for the last = three weeks. The second owl, a red morph, is about 1/4 mile down the same = road at the pond next to the large green maintenance building. The duck = box is at the far side of the pond. (Both owls can be viewed without = getting out of your car!) Also this morning there were two female Hooded Mergs. at the first pond. = Other birds in the park were of the usual winter variety.
