I can't speak for Conwingo but Blackwater frequently has 1 or more Golden
Eagles (GOEA) wintering each year.

There have been reports over the past week of GoEa at two locations,
Conwingo and Blackwater NWR.  Are these birds migrants or is there a
chance that one or more of these birds will hang
around?
