The message was that Lydia and some others were watching a Snowy Owl (don't know what age and condition) along New Design Rd. in Frederick County, MD, about a mile south of Greenfield Rd. The owl was on the east side of the road, in a relatively new nursery area. That's it. Mike D.H.
