I saw the Snowy Owl that Greg Gough discovered on New Years Day 1992 in downtown Bethesda....it was on top of a building that I can see from my office window. But, since I not only didn't have an office (cubicle really) window at that time, but I saw the bird from a parking garage a block from my office, it never occurred to me until this morning that I could add it to my office list.....?? Hmmm, Phil, there's another addition to my meager office list total.
