The bird was photographed some time between Dec. 3 and Dec. 9. Apologies for being vague or incorrect with the exact location. The email chain with this photo originated from Cornell University in New York.....and I'm in the middle of three things this afternoon! People ought to be on the look out for this bird downtown. Or anywhere nearby, Bethesda, Pentagon, Crystal City, along the Potomac......The DC Christmas Count is on Saturday. Fran, can you add this to the DC comp list?
